John Mattaliano is a senior consultant with 30+ years of experience. With RMK since 2002, he is responsible for delivering all aspects of architecting, engineering, analyzing, designing, constructing, testing and supporting complex business solutions for clients—on time and on budget—while developing and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
John is highly skilled at building, mentoring, coaching and directing collaborative global teams of client, vendor, business, operations and technical resources to increase productivity and quality and lower overall operational costs.
